It’s Smoothie Monday.  Let’s start the week with a mini cleanse. 

I took the weekend to slow down, relax and recharge.  So much so I didn’t even golf 😉 Focused a bit on school and got a good dose of vitamin D.  Oh and bought a Jeep, which I hope to pick up today.

Now it’s time to get back at it.   What better way to start the week then with this smoothie to kick start the metabolism.  Add  a pinch of cayenne pepper, which aids in digestion, purifies the blood and increases elimination and sweat.

Go on, mix one up and have yourself an amazing Monday!

Ingredients
  • 1 green tipped banana
  • 2 kale leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cucumber, chopped
  • ½ sm green apple, cored
  • 1 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp organic hemp
  • 1 tsp spriulina
  • 1 - 1½ c coconut water
  • pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
