Garlic Lime Shrimp

Garlic Lime Shrimp

Serves: 4
  • 24 shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • juice of 2 small limes
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large bowl combine paprika, cayenne, lime juice, avocado oil, garlic, cilantro and salt and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp and coat.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 min.
  4. Soak skewers for 30 min.
  5. Preheat BBQ to medium heat.
  6. Thread shrimp on skewers.
  7. Cook until pink.
Looking for a milder option, reduce the amount of cayenne.
