It’s Monday, back to the grind, but it really isn’t that bad – holiday week! YAY!  Start the week off with a nutrient dense green smoothie. 

Did you indulge a little too much over the weekend like I did?  Well, it’s time to get back on track.  Let’s start the week off on the right foot.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp macadamia nut oil
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2 kale leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 - 11/2 c coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredient in blender, except spirulina. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add spirulina, pulse to mix.
