Roasted Broccoli


Well, we had some technically difficulty last evening and lost this original post.  So here we go again…….

Roasted Broccoli

Serves: 4
  • 2 large broccoli florets, cut
  • 5 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1½ tsp pink himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • ½ c pearl onions, peeled and chopped
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line baking sheet with foil. Place broccoli on baing sheet, drizzle with avocado oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic and onions.
  3. Bake for 20-25 min.
  4. Toss in lemon juice. Top with chives and sesame seeds.
