No fuss, paleo fry option.
Serves: 2-4 servings
  • 1 Rutabega, peeled and sliced
  • 1½ tbsp duck fat
  • Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Add duck fat, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 min or until crispy.
