We be Yammin’ Shake


When you are sick you end up taking photos like this – so not good. 

But if it’s a training day and you need a little more carbohydrate then this is the shake for you.

Serves: 1
  • ½ sweet potato, cooked, skin removed
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 fig, stems removed
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 to 1½ cups coconut milk
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
