When you are sick you end up taking photos like this – so not good.
But if it’s a training day and you need a little more carbohydrate then this is the shake for you.
- ½ sweet potato, cooked, skin removed
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 fig, stems removed
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 to 1½ cups coconut milk
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
